This system's ultraviolet light will penetrate microorganisms in your air supply. The light breaks down the molecular bonds of microorganisms that can cause the problems. The germs involved are killed or sterilized, so they are left unable to reproduce. The single lamp model has an efficiency of about 70%. It is placed in the return air duct of your heating or air conditioning system. Easy to install. Just drill a hole in the return duct, insert the unit, tighten with screws and plug the cord into a regular 120 volts outlet. Special safety design won't let bulb light unless properly mounted in the duct. Special light pipe to safely view the bulb operation.
