This kit provides you with the ability to send remote control commands to operate your lamps, drapery motors, and other appliances. Issue remote control commands from anywhere within 100 feet of the plug-in Base Transceiver with this 8-button wireless remote. Simply plug in the Base Transceiver and you have control! Both the Handheld Remote and Base Transceiver work together to control unit numbers 1-16. The handheld remote controls unit numbers 1-8 or 9-16 (switch selectable). Base Transceiver receives all 16 unit codes. Plus, Base Transceiver has built-in Appliance Module. An unlimited number of remotes may be used with a single Base Transceiver. The hand held remote requires 4 AAA batteries. The Modules that control the lights or appliances or drapery motors are not included. This remote control system can operate one or more appliances individually, or as groups, with any combination of lamps, or appliance modules. If you wish to control more lamps or appliances with the same remote control, simply add optional modules for each lamp or appliance. For additional lamps, use HC-XPPLM01 Lamp Module or use the HC-XPPAM02 for additional appliances. Kit includes the Handheld Remote and the Base Transceiver.
