The Appliance Module works the same way as a Lamp Module, but handles appliance 120volt loads, up to 15A, or 1/3 horsepower motors and incandescent loads up to 500watts. The Appliance Module plugs into any standard 120v household outlet and gives you the ability to remotely control any appliance you plug into the module. Use one with every appliance in your home. Control with the Remote Control System Kit or other Lighting and Appliance Remote Controllers. Use it with timers, manual and intelligent controllers, telephone responders and a variety of other devices for virtually limitless control of appliances throughout your home. Does not respond to all lights on or dim/bright commands like the Lamp Module.
